The Role
We’re looking for a connected, ambitious and tech-savvy Business Development Manager to drive new business sales to residential real estate agencies.
Bringing an existing network of contacts in the real estate industry, your relationship building, solution sales skills and comfort with technology will enable you to demonstrate the game-changing benefits of our solution to the mid-tier and large real estate agency market.
What You’ll Be Doing
Leveraging your network in real estate to open doors and build long-term partnerships
Selling our powerful software and compliance services stack as a combined, unbeatable solution
Pitching, negotiating, and closing deals with high-growth real estate agencies
Owning your pipeline—from prospecting to contract signing and beyond
Being in the field often—this is a relationship-driven role, and face-to-face meetings are key
Managing your own schedule with hybrid working arrangements
Smashing targets and getting rewarded for it—we recognise and reward top performers
What We’re Looking For
A dealmaker with a proven track record in business development—experience in SaaS, PropTech, or real estate services sales is highly valued
An existing network of real estate agency contacts—you know the key players and can hit the ground running
A tech-savvy salesperson who understands how software drives business value
A self-starter who thrives in a fast-moving, high-growth environment
Exceptional communication and negotiation skills—you can craft a compelling pitch and close with confidence
