Your Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end processing of new business, renewals, endorsements, and cancellations
- Prepare accurate and professional client proposals, policy documents, and reports
- Maintain up-to-date, compliant records across internal systems
- Communicate with clients, underwriters, and insurers to manage policy queries and updates
- Work closely with brokers to support timely, tailored insurance solutions
About You
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a broker support or assistant role within the insurance industry
- Strong understanding of general insurance products and broking processes
- Tier 1 or 2 Insurance Broking qualification or Financial Degree essential
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills
- Confident working independently and managing competing priorities
