Your Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end processing of new business, renewals, endorsements, and cancellations
• Prepare accurate and professional client proposals, policy documents, and reports
• Maintain up-to-date, compliant records across internal systems
• Communicate with clients, underwriters, and insurers to manage policy queries and updates
• Work closely with brokers to support timely, tailored insurance solutions

About You

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a broker support or assistant role within the insurance industry
• Strong understanding of general insurance products and broking processes
• Tier 1 or 2 Insurance Broking qualification or Financial Degree essential
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills
• Confident working independently and managing competing priorities
