ACSIS Ltd is an industry-leading insurance society, run by surveyors, for surveyors. As we continue to grow and expand our services, we are looking for a proactive and organised Member Support Officer to join our team. This full-time position is ideal for someone passionate about member engagement, communication, and event coordination, with a keen interest in the surveying and insurance industries.
About the Role
The Member Support Officer will play a pivotal role in strengthening relationships with our members, managing key communications, and attending industry events. This role is crucial in enhancing member experience, and ensuring clear, consistent communication between ACSIS Ltd and its stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Member Engagement & Support:
Act as a key point of contact for member and non-member enquiries.
Onboard new members, ensuring they understand the benefits of ACSIS.
Conduct biannual check-ins with members to manage relationships and gather feedback.
Collect and analyse member data to improve retention and satisfaction.
Communications & Content Management:
Develop a monthly electronic news bulletin.
Work closely with inhouse marketing colleagues to provide marketing materials and images for promotional use at events.
Coordinate and publish member testimonials to showcase ACSIS value.
Event Coordination & Training Support:
Facilitate a minimum of two Risk Management/Standards Scheme Seminars per year.
Organise at least two Insurance Information Seminars annually.
Assist in managing insurance webinars that contribute to CPD and training points.
Maintain an annual calendar of ACSIS and affiliated industry events, ensuring key staff attendance.
Risk Management & Insurance Awareness:
Work with the team to create regular information bulletins highlighting case studies and emerging risk trends.
Support research into risk management processes and industry trends.
Monitor professional standards development and communicate updates to members.
Assist in promoting ACSIS Fleet Australia, identifying new opportunities in the sector.
