JS Medical and Dental Finance is a Commercial and Residential Mortgage Broking company based in the heart of Bowen Hill, which produces high volumes of business and even higher levels of customer service for the Doctors, Dentists and Allied Health Industry. We are looking for a Broker Support who has a keen interest in pursuing a career in finance or who is currently studying finance. The position is ideal for an experienced Home Loan processor who is looking to learn and grow.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

Assisting Brokers through the loan writing process
Completing valuation requests
Client loan maintenance tasks i.e. pricing requests
Maintaining accurate data in CRM database - Infynity
Collect relevant information and documents from clients
General office duties
Administrative tasks as required
Provide support to Brokers.
Provide direct support to the Director
