Position Details
Role: Broker Support
Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week
Experience: Minimum 1-2 years as a Broker Support
Location: Work from home opportunity available

Key Responsibilities
Drive the Client Pipeline: Oversee the loan journey from A to Z, ensuring all documents are on point and every step meets compliance.
Master GHL Pipeline Management: Maintain precise client records, manage EOIs, contracts, and templates.
Ace Client Communication: Book appointments, collect documents, and nurture client relationships with ease.
Be the Lender Liaison: Act as the go-to for both clients and lenders – no detail escapes you.
End-to-End Loan Processing: From data entry to settlement, you’ll ensure each loan is accurate, serviceable, and compliant.
Keep Compliance Tight: Upload docs to Flex, meet lender conditions, and keep us audit-ready.
Post-Settlement Mastery: Manage post-settlement, client retention, mortgage docs, and construction payments.
The Skills That Will Set You Apart:
Minimum 12 months of experience using AOL, Loan Market systems and GHL
Proven track record in loan prep, credit assessment, and settlement.
Solid knowledge of the Australian mortgage industry, compliance, and serviceability.
Phone experience with Australian clients and banks.
Exceptional attention to detail and top-tier organizational skills.
A proactive, problem-solving attitude – you get things done.
Confident communication skills – especially over Zoom and phone.
