We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to drive the growth of our commercial client base. This role is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with residential & commercial clients, and securing contracts/tenders for our business.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new commercial business opportunities in sectors such as construction, property development, civil works, retail, and industrial projects.
Develop and implement strategies to generate leads and convert them into long-term business relationships.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including builders, contractors, project managers, and commercial property owners.
Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and potential business prospects.
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and tenders to prospective clients.
Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements to maximize profitability and ensure client satisfaction.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution and excellent customer service.
Maintain a sales pipeline and provide regular reports on business development activities, revenue projections, and key performance indicators.
Represent Home Concrete Solutions at industry events, networking functions, and trade shows to enhance brand awareness and generate leads.
Qualifications & Experience
Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management, ideally within the construction, concrete, or building industry or epoxy flooring network.
Strong understanding of commercial concrete solutions and related services.
Excellent networking, communication, and negotiation skills.
Ability to identify client needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
Strong organisational and time-management skills.
A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as required.
Valid Working with children's card
