We are based in Noble Park, VIC.

Due to continuing growth, a fantastic opportunity now exists for a Business Development Manager to join our team. The role would be responsible for identifying prospective customers, following up on potential sales leads, and maintaining existing customers.

Duties:

Identify and pursue new business opportunities leveraging market research, referrals, and industry partnerships to drive growth.

Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, architects, suppliers and other key stakeholders.

Develop strategies to expand our market presence and rive sales growth.

Provide expert guidance on product features, technical specifications and industry trends.

Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to support lead generation and client acquisition efforts.

Operate all equipment in a safe and efficient way according to all relevant legislation, policies and procedures.

Provide market feedback for input into further product development.

About you:

Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management

Proven experience in business development, sales or in a similar role in the construction or building materials industry ideally.

Knowledge of aluminum window products, architectural trends and the construction market.

Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Ability to analyze market data and create actionable strategies.

A result-oriented mindset with a history exceeding sales targets.

Excellent organizational skills and a proactive approach
