As our team grows, we’re looking for a motivated and relationship-driven Business Development Manager to help us build stronger community connections and reach more people who need our support.

The Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join a passionate and growing organisation where your work directly contributes to real outcomes in the disability community.

As our Business Development Manager, you’ll take the lead in growing our client base, building partnerships, and enhancing our visibility across Melbourne and surrounding areas. You'll be the face of our organisation in the field—building relationships with Support Coordinators, Plan Managers, hospitals, and community organisations to strengthen referral pathways and promote our services.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and develop new business opportunities with NDIS participants, support coordinators, hospitals, community organisations, and other key stakeholders.

Represent and promote Integrity and Multi Service at industry events, expos, and forums to strengthen our brand and expand our reach.

Build and maintain strong relationships with referral partners, including LACs, social workers, and other industry professionals.

Conduct community outreach, including site visits to hospitals and community centres, to connect with potential clients and advocates.

Provide regular updates on market trends, client feedback, and business growth opportunities to help refine strategic decisions.

Work collaboratively with internal teams, including Intake and Support staff, to ensure seamless client onboarding and service delivery.

Who We’re Looking For

Minimum 3 years of experience as a BDM in the NDIS sector, with a proven ability to meet and exceed KPIs.

Strong industry network with Support Coordinators, Plan Managers, and Participants, allowing you to generate high-quality referrals.

Experience in marketing, social media management, and networking to enhance brand visibility.

Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Familiarity with CRM software and data-driven decision-making to track and optimise business growth.

A self-motivated and results-driven individual who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Experience in business expansion or interstate market development is highly desirable.
