THE ROLE
As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing relationships with existing clients, and driving the sales of dust management and extraction machines across key sectors. You’ll focus on growing the company’s market share, building strategic partnerships, and delivering tailored solutions to meet client needs in industries including construction, manufacturing, and mining.
Key responsibilities:
Develop and execute sales strategies to grow market presence and drive revenue.
Build and nurture strong relationships with clients in construction, manufacturing, and mining.
Identify and actively pursue new business opportunities to expand the customer base.
Provide expert advice on dust management and extraction solutions to meet client needs.
Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless product delivery and customer satisfaction.
Keep up to date with industry trends and competitor offerings to stay ahead in the market.
ABOUT YOU
Proven experience in sales within industrial equipment, construction, or a similar technical sector.
Strong understanding of dust management, extraction systems, or similar industrial products.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills to engage clients and close deals.
Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships through trust and expertise.
Self-motivated and target-driven, with a proactive approach to business development.
Confident in managing the full sales cycle, from prospecting to securing deals and after-sales support.
Familiarity with the Melbourne market and existing industry connections are highly desirable.
SALARY AND BENEFITS
