Humpy Co originated in Bangalow and have meticulously crafted a pod system to suit every need and budget. Due to recent policy changes in Victoria, demand for our product is growing, so we have created this new role of Display Host/Sales Co-ordinator to assist our current Sales Manager.
This full-time role is based at our Mentone office where the successful applicant will open our display “village” and assist our Sales Manager to follow up customers and leads and to complete all sales related administration duties.
As the Display Host/Sales Co-ordinator, you will play a crucial role in welcoming and guiding potential customers through our display village and reaching out to those who contact us via our website. This position requires a unique blend of hospitality, organisation, and sales skills. You will be responsible for creating a warm and inviting atmosphere for visitors while efficiently managing administrative tasks to support our sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Engagement:
Greet visitors to the display village with a professional and welcoming attitude.
Make customer service calls to prospects who have opted in via our website, to establish communication and ascertain their needs
Provide basic information about our pods and note any questions prospects may have for the Sales Manager to respond to.
Sales Support:
Assist the Sales Manager in managing inquiries, scheduling appointments, and following up with leads.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
Collaborate with the Sales Manager to achieve sales targets.
Organize and participate in events and promotions within the display village.
Administrative Tasks:
Handle phone calls, emails, and other correspondence related to sales.
Prepare and distribute sales documentation.
Co-ordinate appointments and meetings for the Sales Manager.
Work collaboratively with marketing to promote special offers and incentives.
Qualifications:
Enthusiastic and positive attitude is number one.
Previous experience in a sales or customer service role.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong organisational abilities with attention to detail.
Proficient with Google Workspace and CRM software (experience with Active Campaign & Simpro would be an advantage but is not essential).
