This is because we are growing at a very steady pace (not because we can’t keep our people, 90% of our team have been with us for 5 years+ so relax, we are pretty awesome!)

This is a really diverse sales co-ordination role (We have 2, possibly even 3 roles available) with ever changing priorities requiring the successful candidate to be able to juggle multiple projects, prioritise, communicate, innovate and work in a collaborative manner both in a one on one and team environment. Each of our National BDM’s will partner with their own Sales Co-Ordinator. As each of our sectors grow, so will our team of BDM’s and Sales Co-ordinator support teams and so a leadership role is absolutely something you can develop into, if that is your chosen career path.

As the conduit between the National Sales BDM’s, internal sales teams, distribution division, suppliers and clients, you will have an adaptable communication style and an ability to work in a fast-paced environment. You will be the glue between your BDM & well, everyone so you will need to be upbeat, proactive, resilient, determined and all while having a laugh 😊You understand the sales process and the importance of servicing our client's needs.

Our business has almost tripled in the last 5 years, and we have restructured our Sales Teams. We realise they are incredible at the “Sales, Service & Relationship Building” part but pretty underwhelming (which is a polite term for absolutely crap) in the sales admin, organisational and well pretty much everything else that is not “Sales, Service & Relationship” focused. The solution??? YOU! You get to be, everything they are not so together make the perfect team.

The successful candidate will be the one that not only has the skill set, but really clicks with their BDM because this relationship is kind of like a “work marriage”. We want you to enjoy your time at work, be challenged, empowered and engaged.

Your duties will evolve over time but initially it will be your responsibility to;

  • Co-ordinate and facilitate all requests for quotes, information and sales support using internal resources as required
  • Liaise with customers as required for “urgent” (Aren’t they always 😉) direct to site orders / needs
  • Provide timely, accurate and professional administrative assistance, including preparation of quotes, sales and marketing collateral, presentations and training documentation.
  • Prepare and deliver accurate reporting and performance metrics to provide actionable insights
  • Collaborate and communicate with internal sales support teams to streamline communication and support the execution of individual and companywide sales initiatives
  • Manage scheduling, correspondence, travel arrangements, and meeting logistics to keep the National BDM’s schedules efficient and organised.
  • Oversee special projects or initiatives, ensuring they are executed on time
  • Conduct research to provide to the National BDM’s allowing them to identify new market opportunities, customer trends, and competitive insights
  • Ensure the National BDM is properly prepared for meetings/commitments and has all relevant information, presentations and documentation required (This may even include reminding them they have the meeting on in the first place, organisation is not their “strong” point)
  • Research and keep abreast of current and emerging technologies which may assist you and the team remain one step ahead of our competitors

Due to the collaborative nature of the role, this is predominately a work from the office role, but we can discuss some flexibility if needed (hours, days, occasional WFH options etc)
