What you'll be doing

Manage and oversee all administrative functions of the dental practice, including scheduling, inventory management, and employee timesheets.

Lead and motivate a team of dentists, dental assistants, and other support staff to deliver exceptional patient experiences.

Foster a collaborative environment where team input and continuous improvement are valued.

Implement and maintain policies, procedures, and systems to drive operational excellence.

Analyse practice performance metrics and make data-driven decisions to improve profitability and productivity.

Liaise with dentists, specialists, and other healthcare providers to coordinate patient care.

Ensure compliance with all relevant healthcare regulations and industry standards.

Develop and execute marketing strategies to attract new patients and retain existing ones.

What we're looking for

Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Dental Practice Manager or in a similar healthcare management role.

Strong understanding of dental practice operations, including compliance, clinical operations and maintenance, patient scheduling, insurance and payor billing, and financial management.

Familiarity with healthcare regulations and industry standards.

Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to effectively manage a team.

Proficient in using dental practice management software and other relevant technology (we use D4W).

Ability to multitask, prioritise, and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment.
