About the Role: As the first point of contact, you'll play a vital role in delivering outstanding care and ensuring the smooth operation of the clinic. Your Key Responsibilities:

• Meeting and greeting patients.
• Scheduling patient consultations
• Administration of the front desk and patient clinics
• Ensuring medical records are managed confidentially and efficiently.
• Patient invoicing and receipting
• Liaising with other doctors, hospitals and medical representatives
• Additional duties as required by the Practice Manager

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience as a Medical Receptionist or in a similar role.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with medical software and office systems
• A caring and patient-focused attitude.
