We are a growing Allied Health Practice that provides exceptional care for our clients in their home or our clinics across the Central Coast. We are passionate about improving the lives of our community, with our friendly, professional team of Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists and Remedial Massage Therapists.

- This role is for a proven leader with experience or future leaders. The right candidate will have opportunities to progress into management roles within the company over a 12 to 18 month period.
- Remuneration will be in line with the current Health Professionals Support Services Award, and level of industry experience.

Your Role
- Working in our front reception you will support our team to deliver exceptional customer service. This is a high paced role, supporting a team of 17 clinical staff.
- This role is suitable for candidates wanting 30 to 38 hours per week.
- Provide leadership to the administration and therapy teams with guidance and support to help team members achieve our service goals.
- Providing high quality customer service for our clients over the phone and via email.
- Booking client appointments and managing Physiotherapists schedules for both in clinic and our home visit team.
- Complete invoicing and collect payments for appointments.
- Complete account reconciliation within Xero.
- Assist with social media and marketing campaigns.
- Assist the Practice Manager with business administration and compliance tasks.
Criteria
- Exceptional communication skills both verbal and written.
- Experience using medical practice management systems, such as Splose, Best Practice, Cliniko and Medipass.
- Experience with Medicare and NDIS billing
- Prior experience in managing appointment books and invoicing of clients,
- A proven history or working with XERO accounting software. Experience with booking keeping duties highly desirable.
- Previous experience working as a medical or audio typist would be desirable.
- Proven history of leading a team in the workplace.
