PERSOLKELLY is seeking Salesforce Testers to join the State Government and be part of Technology driven team !!

Your main duties and responsibilities will include

• Develop and maintain comprehensive automated test suites for Salesforce applications
• Translate Functional Requirements and Business Requirements Specification into Test cases.
• Develop and execute a comprehensive testing strategy that includes both automation and manual testing for the Salesforce program.
• Define the scope and approach for functional, integration, and data migration testing.
• Drive continuous improvements in testing processes and methodologies.
• Identify and mitigate risks related to testing activities.
• Perform all test management activities.
• Conduct all aspects of test verification activities, including system/integration testing, functional testing, and regression testing.
• Produce and analyze test reports and results.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into effective test automation strategies.
• Implement and optimize automated testing frameworks, tools, and scripts to improve efficiency and coverage.
• Continuously monitor and report on the performance and effectiveness of the test automation infrastructure.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members on best practices for test automation.
• Stay up to date with the latest Salesforce technologies, tools, and industry trends to enhance testing capabilities.

Required skills and qualifications

• 8+ years of testing experience in Salesforce applications, preferably in Salesforce Public Sector
• Experience in building and executing automated test regimes as part of a DevOps team using CI/CD methodologies.
• Expert proficiency with UI functional automation tools such as Selenium WebDriver and BDD frameworks like Cucumber.
• Experience using continuous integration tools such as Jenkins and Bamboo and building automation test pipelines.
• Strong experience in test planning, test execution, management of defects, and test reports.
• Solid understanding of customizable features built into Salesforce solutions.
• Deep experience working with Apex programming.
