About the engagement:
Green Light is partnering up with a leading company to engage Salesforce Developer to design, develop, and implement customized solutions within the Salesforce platform. You will work closely with business stakeholders, administrators, and other developers to support ongoing CRM enhancements, ensure data integrity, and improve system performance across various Salesforce Clouds (e.g., Sales, Service, Marketing).

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test, and deploy custom solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Salesforce APIs.
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements.
• Build and maintain Lightning Web Components (LWC) and support the migration to Lightning Experience.
• Customize standard and custom objects, workflows, validation rules, process builder, and flows.
• Integrate Salesforce with third-party applications using REST/SOAP APIs.
• Participate in code reviews, unit testing, and deployment of solutions via CI/CD pipelines.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues and bugs in a timely manner.
• Maintain technical documentation for solutions, configurations, and processes.
• Ensure security and compliance standards are followed during development.
• Stay updated on Salesforce platform updates and recommend best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Developer.
• Proficiency in Apex, SOQL, Visualforce, Lightning Components (Aura and LWC).
• Experience with Salesforce configuration, declarative tools, and automation (flows, process builder).
• Familiarity with Salesforce integration patterns and tools (MuleSoft, REST/SOAP, middleware).
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
• Salesforce Platform Developer I certification (Developer II is a plus).
