About the Role

We are looking for a full-time Project Coordinator who will assist with third party access applications for a wide range of clients performing works around the Victorian rail network.

Tasks Include:

Creating, applying, assessing and reviewing Rail Safety Management Plans, Hazard Assessments, permits and engineering drawings

Maintaining client relationships

Participating in works planning

Preparation of reports for safety meetings

Providing quotations for new and existing clients

Developing, reviewing and negotiating variations to contracts, programs, projects and services

Responding to inquiries and resolving problems concerning contracts, programs, projects, services provided, and persons affected

Managing paperwork associated with contracts, programs, projects and services provided

This role will be primarily office-based, with occasional site visits as required.

About You

Hold a Bachelor of Project Management / Construction Management or similar

High attention to detail

Proficient IT Skills – Including graphic manipulation (eg Photoshop)

Strong analytical Skills

Ability to read and understand design drawings

Email Etiquette

VCE Level Mathematics

Engineering Graduates are encouraged to apply
