Position Overview
We are currently seeking a proactive and detail-driven Office Administrator with experience in estimating to support our growing operations. This is a full-time, office-based role located in Cremorne, providing essential administrative and estimating support to the projects and management teams.
Key Responsibilities
• Preparation of job estimates and client quotations for internal review based on site data, drawings, and specifications.
• Coordinate job bookings, staff allocation and project timelines.
• Raise purchase orders and organise procurement of materials and equipment.
• Generate and issue accurate invoices.
• Provide general administrative support including document control and office upkeep.
• Manage communications with internal teams, subcontractors, and clients.
• Maintain job files, purchase records, time sheets, and tracking tools.
Skills and Experience Required
• Previous experience in an administrative role within construction or trade-based services.
• Experience preparing estimates or quotes.
• Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and job management software.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines.
• Proactive attitude and ability to work both independently and in a team.
