The Opportunity:
This is a fantastic opportunity for an administrative professional aspiring to become a Executive Assistant and gain hands-on experience.
Tasks & responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive support for directors and accounting team.
- Diary management, booking travel and arranging meetings.
- Corresponding with clients in a friendly and professional manner - follow up with deadlines, book meetings etc.
- Liaise with government bodies such as the ATO & ASIC.
- ASIC Compliance - (Company Registrations, Annual Statements, Renewals & Fee Management, Lodgement of Forms etc. via ASIC Portal)
- Maintain & update data systems.
- Undertake other ad hoc administrative duties as required.
About you:
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience working in an Administrative or PA/EA role within an Accounting Practice (Essential).
- Proficient with Xero Practice Manager and FYI Docs.
- Flexible team player, personable with a willing attitude.
- Highly professional manner.
