About the Role

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant & Regional Sales Manager to support our senior executives and oversee sales operations in the Oceania region. This role involves assisting with corporate planning, business operations, and sales management, including distribution channels and local business projects. The ideal candidate has a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and prior experience as an executive assistant or in sales management.

Key Responsibilities

🔹 Assist in corporate development planning, business strategy formulation, and major decision-making discussions.
🔹 Collect and analyze market information, data, and intelligence to provide insights for executive decision-making.
🔹 Coordinate internal communication between the executive team and various departments.
🔹 Support daily administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings, drafting reports, and managing documentation.
🔹 Assist in business negotiations within the authorized scope, handling reports and external communication.
🔹 Oversee business operations, team coordination, and overall sales performance in the region.
🔹 Ensure that executive directives and assigned tasks are executed effectively and efficiently.
🔹 Draft, review, and manage executive-level documents, reports, and business summaries.
🔹 Manage the executive’s schedule and assist with other assigned tasks.

  • Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher, with at least 2 years of experience as an executive assistant, secretary, or in sales management.
  • Prior work experience in Australia is required.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English & Mandarin
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure, adapt to a dynamic environment, and show initiative.
  • Strong teamwork spirit, eagerness to learn, and a proactive attitude.
  • Willingness to travel and work under a flexible schedule when needed.
  • Experience in Chinese-funded enterprises is a plus.
