The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

Strategically target and acquire new Tier 1 accounts across retail, QSR, and banking sectors

Design and execute sophisticated business development campaigns that resonate with C-suite executives

Orchestrate complex, high-value sales cycles from initial engagement to successful implementation

Cultivate trusted advisor relationships with key decision-makers in Australia's leading organisations

Create tailored solution packages that address critical business challenges for enterprise clients

Identify and capitalise on cross-selling and upselling opportunities within your portfolio

Mentor emerging business development talent, sharing your expertise and insights

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure exceptional customer outcomes

Your Profile

Proven track record of securing new business with enterprise clients in retail, QSR, or banking sectors

7+ years of strategic business development experience with demonstrable success selling complex solutions

Exceptional ability to navigate and influence at executive levels

Advanced consultative selling skills with a talent for uncovering business needs

Strategic thinker with the ability to translate client challenges into compelling value propositions

Excellent commercial acumen and negotiation capabilities

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing or related field

Experience with modern CRM platforms and sales methodologies
