Junior Property Manager - Carlton

We are potentially looking for an assistant property manager stepping up, or a real estate admin/receptionist taking that next step!

This is your chance to work within one of the most elite Inner City Boutique Agencies in Real Estate - In this role, you will have the opportunity to receive training under some of the industries' leading staff members

You will be working under an experienced Head of Department with a wealth of industry knowledge and experience (10+ years in the industry) , working Monday to Friday 9:00am to 5:30 pm, with opportunity to earn commissions & progress into your own portfolio !

JOB DUTIES:
- Work under a Director + Head of Property Management, helping them with workload (training provided)
- Learning to do condition reports and inspections, compliance etc
- Handle emails and/or enquiries, owner enquiries etc
- Handle your own portfolio of ~100 properties from start to finish, with the aim to grow into a full portfolio of ~150-180 in 6-12 months!
- Deal with tenants and owners, and using PropertyMe systems

WHATS ON OFFER:
- Salary of up to $70,000 + Super (With commissions also attainable)

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:
- Agents Rep Certificate or Cert IV in Property (required)
- Property Management Experience or real estate experience / knowledge (not essential)
- Mandarin & Bilingual speaking ability advantageous
- Well presented and good admin and spoken skills
