About the role

RENTED is seeking an enthusiastic and organised Junior Property Manager to join our team in Carlton, VIC. This is a full-time role supporting our Residential Leasing & Property Management operations. As the Assistant Property Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient management of our growing residential property portfolio.

What you'll be doing

Providing comprehensive property management support to our team of Property Managers

Assisting with the day-to-day operations of residential properties, including tenant inquiries, rental payments, maintenance coordination and inspections

Conducting property viewings and liaising with prospective and current tenants

Preparing and processing leases, condition reports and other property management documentation

Maintaining detailed and accurate property and tenant records

Supporting the team with administrative tasks and other duties as required

What we're looking for

At least 1 year of experience in property management or a relevant real estate role.

If you don't have industry relevant experience, other work experience in customer service, admin or sales can be considered too.

Strong customer service and communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with tenants, landlords and contractors

Excellent attention to detail and the ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced environment

A genuine interest in the real estate industry and a commitment to providing exceptional service
