Role and Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

Uphold the company’s mission, values, and vision to serve our clients;

Ability to perform, monitor, report, and analysis as set in KPIs;

Ability to prospect, appraise, list, and manage property;

Task/s: Condition reports, Inspections, Processing Rental Applications, Rental arrears, Lease renewals, Rent Reviews, Leases & Agency Agreements, Processing bonds, Preparing for and attending VCAT cases, Arrange property maintenance and repairs, Issuing breach notices, keeping up to date and practice with current Property Management Legislation.

Customer Database Management;

Ability to plan, budget, and execute sustainable market-centric campaigns;

To maintain a well-systemized property management division, so clients benefit from continued high standards of property management services;

To build strong working relations with landlords and tenants and effectively manage all issues related to the management of the property portfolio;

Participate in all scheduled team, network, and extraordinary meetings.

About You

The ideal candidate for the role of Property Manager must have:

Can do and open to learning attitude;

A great sense of humor; honesty, positive attitude and enthusiasm;

Willingness to learn and adaptability to do a variety of tasks

Eagerness to offer exemplary customer service

A strong performer in a team environment, the presentation has as well-proven organizational skills;

Position Requirements

Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice (CPP41419) or Agents Representative Certificate;

Real Estate Agent License preferred;

One Year experience preferred;

Current Police Check Record;

Driving Licence and reliable vehicle;
