Join our growing Operations Team in our Hire Division at Instant Products Group.
Instant Products Group is a specialist group of businesses providing design, manufacture, hire and sale of a range of products including transportable offices, portable toilets and showers and sea container buildings to a wide range of customers in virtually all industries. Seen as leaders in the field, Instant Products Group is experiencing continued growth, year on year in all areas of our group and we now need to expand the team in our Hire Operations area.
This role is responsible for the logistics of all portable toilets being delivered, collected, maintained and serviced.
This includes the following:
• Preparation and auditing of Hire Contracts
• Preparation, scheduling and auditing of contract on-hires
• Preparation, scheduling and auditing of contract off-hires
• Preparation of driver schedules for all movements of hire assets
• Preparation of driver schedules for servicing of hire assets
• Allocation of new assets into the hire management system
• Preparation of DER paperwork relating to waste movement and disposal activities
• Processing of fleet servicing jobs (hire repairs, breakdowns)
• Processing of customer invoices/charges within the hire management system
• Provide support to the yard and logistics team members as required
• Preparation of purchase orders
• Allocation of creditor invoices against Purchase Orders
• Assists customers with enquiries relating to hire arrangements
• Assists with incoming sales enquiries via phone/email/web
• Assists with cleaning/loading/delivering/collecting hire assets as/when required
• Archiving of operational paperwork in accordance with company procedures
In order to be successful in this role you will need to possess very strong computer skills, exceptional eye for detail and excellent administrative skills. Experience in the rental, logistics or similar industry is an advantage but is not a must.
Joining our Operations Team in our Hire Division requires someone who has experience in customer service and extraordinary problem-solving skills. We need someone who is not afraid to face operational issues and is solution focused.
There will be plenty of customer and contractor interaction. Professional telephone and written communication skills along with Excellent time management skills are a critical part of this role as we work on timeframes often dictated by our customers.
