Due to our continued growth and expansion, we are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated individual to support the day-to-day operations and provide administrative assistance to the team.

The successful candidate will be taught everything there is to know about effective recruitment processes and over a period of 12 months, will be exposed to additional responsibilities that will gradually progress you to becoming a high performing Recruitment Consultant.

Responsibilities will include but not limited to:

• Booking interviews and coordinating interview schedules
• Preparation of recruitment documents including printing of applications, filing and scanning of documents
• Arranging Medical Assessments and other background checks
• Candidate references as required
• Data entry and cleansing of CRM systems

To be considered for this role you will have the following skills & attributes:

• Previous administration experience, preferably in a recruitment environment
• Strong computer skills (MS Suite – Outlook, Word & Excel)
• Demonstrates strong initiative and the ability to complete tasks without constant supervision
• Be available to work 8.30am to 5.00pm – Monday to Friday. As we work in the mining industry you may be required to work outside of these hours. If this is something you are not prepared to do, please do NOT apply.
