To support expansion of internal operations we are looking for an Allocations Coordinator to join our team in Perth office.

About the role

As an Allocations Coordinator you will be an integral part of our team. The role contributes to the efficiency of daily operations and ensures strong communication with our staff members and clients alike.

You will be required to work as a part of a friendly team, have a high level of attention to detail and possess a positive can-do attitude. This is a full-time role to cover business requirements, therefore flexibility and availability to work between 5am to 11pm across 7 day operation is essential.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with company clients daily
  • Schedule agency staff into appropriate client shifts
  • Conduct shift confirmations and cancellations
  • Receive and action client requests
  • Ensure staff allocations are completed in a timely manner
  • Update staff availability records
  • Comply with all company processes and procedures
  • Other duties as required from time to time
  • Work on a scheduled roster Monday- Sunday between 05:00-23:00

Skills and experience

  • Strong IT skills and ability to learn new systems
  • Administrative experience
  • Experience in a call centre, sales, allocations, rostering or scheduling role
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Analytical and problem solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Developed customer service skills
  • Previous working experience in healthcare or aged care sectors would be an advantage
