Job Description

We are seeking a Fleet Relations Officer to join our Fleet department. This is a permanent position that requires a high level of attention to detail, excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, and the ability to work autonomously within a fast-paced team environment.

Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Ensuring that sub-contractors recruited meet group quality requirements from a performance, vehicle and equipment perspective.

Ensuring that sub-contractors are comprehensively trained during their induction so that our sub-contractors have the skills required to perform their roles proficiently, and without risk to the health and safety of themselves and others.

Ensuring that all administrative aspects of the Fleet Management Department are accurate at all times, which includes but is not limited to sub-contractor incentive payments, asset management, the Transport Management System (“TMS”) information, sub-contractor attendance and incident and investigation.
