So much so that we are in need of a new Customer Relations Officer to join our growing team at our Rocklea Branch.

What you’ll be doing:

• Promote open and regular communication with the Customer Relations Officers Team.
• Answer inbound telephone sales and general enquiries.
• Translate and data entry of sales quotes and orders for existing customers.
• Manage and process COD customer payments.
• Use a collaborative approach to resolve customer issues and complaints.
• Action orders in the sales inbox

To be successful you'll need some or all of the following:

• Excellent Customer Service Skills
• Good problem solving skills
• Knowledge of hose and fittings is desirable but not necessary.
• Excel Skills Desirable
• Information and communication technology (ICT) literate
• Excellent communication skills
• Effective Time Management
• Valid full driver’s license
