About the Role

This is a critical role, where you would work closely alongside other operational staff members, reporting to the State Manager.

The successful applicant needs to apply themselves in the office primarily but experience in warehouse is desirable. Hours will be 6:30am to 3:30pm Monday to Friday.

Key Responsibilities of the Role:

· Work alongside other members of the Operations Team, working together and independently.

· As needed, assist with warehouse duties where manual handling and sorting along with forklift duties may be required

· Customer and Driver contact via phone and email and also at our site.

· Being a team player in a small dedicated team

Successful Applicants will have:

· Exceptional presence on the phone and with all visitors to site.

· Willingness to help with warehouse duties, both forklift and manual handling.

· Sound knowledge and experience of Microsoft Office and ability to learn our various computing systems.

· Allocation experience within the Taxi Truck and/or Transport industry

· Forklift Licence and experience (desirable but non-essential)
