What You’ll Be Doing:

• Managing the end-to-end processing of residential and investment loan applications
• Preparing, submitting, and tracking loan applications through to settlement
• Liaising with clients, lenders, assessors, and other stakeholders to ensure timely progression of files
• Verifying documents and ensuring compliance with relevant credit policies and procedures
• Supporting the broker team to deliver exceptional service to clients

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a loan processing, broker support, or mortgage admin role
• Strong understanding of residential lending, loan structuring, and lender requirements
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
• Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset
• Proficiency with loan software (e.g., ApplyOnline, Mercury, Podium, or similar) is highly regarded
