Your Key Responsibilities:

Provide administrative and client service support across residential, commercial, and SMSF loan processes

Assist with loan packaging, application submissions, and client communications

Liaise with lenders, clients, and internal teams to ensure smooth processing from application to settlement

Learn and grow under the guidance of experienced Mortgage Brokers

Over time, take on increasing responsibility with a view to becoming a fully-fledged broker

What We're Looking For:

Previous experience in mortgage/lending support or financial services (1-2 years preferred)

A genuine interest in becoming a Mortgage Broker

Strong organisational and communication skills

A client-focused, professional attitude

Willingness to learn and grow within the team

Diploma of Finance and Mortgage Broking (or willingness to obtain)

• Certifcate in Mortgage Broking
