About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic Broker Support to join our team at JS Medical and Dental Finance in Bowen Hills, Queensland. This is a full-time position that will provide crucial support to our network of brokers, helping them deliver exceptional financial services to our clients.

What you'll be doing

Responding to broker inquiries and providing timely, accurate information and assistance

Processing loan applications and supporting brokers through the end-to-end loan process

Maintaining detailed records and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations

Liaising with internal teams and external partners to facilitate smooth loan transactions

Identifying opportunities to improve broker support and contributing to the development of new processes and tools

Providing superior customer service and building strong relationships with our broker network

What we're looking for

Proven experience in a similar broker support or customer service role, preferably within the financial services industry

Strong knowledge of mortgage and lending products, processes and compliance requirements

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with brokers and internal stakeholders

Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively

Proficient in using relevant software and technology to support broker needs

A customer-centric approach and a genuine desire to provide exceptional service
