Hi there! We’re a leading Australian supplier of considered, locally designed furniture based in the northern suburbs and we’re on the lookout for a passionate Digital & Marketing Coordinator to join our energetic team. Our reputation is built on delivering market-leading design and premium products that bring joy and value to our customers. We’re a young, motivated, energetic, and design-led team that thrives on collaboration. If this sounds like a team you’d love to be part of, see below.

What You’ll Do:

Marketing Strategy: You’ll have the creative freedom to form and influence the marketing strategy for our business. Working in collaboration with our sales & creative team, you’ll own the marketing strategy for our brand and determine how we’re going to execute it.

Marketing Execution: Create and manage digital marketing channels to drive web traffic & sales revenue across platforms such as Google, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest and paid promotions through external sources.

Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with our creative and sales teams to develop and implement marketing and advertising campaigns. You’ll be crafting compelling content for social media, our website, and email campaigns.

Digital Maintenance: Keep our digital platforms in top shape by managing website updates and maintaining the upkeep of our back-end data to ensure seamless integration with our marketing strategies.

Event Planning: You’ll be working alongside our creative, operations and sales team to plan, prepare, and execute trade shows and other marketing events, showcasing our fantastic products.

Content Management: Maintain and update all marketing materials, ensuring everything is on-brand and up-to-date.

Workflow Support: Provide workflow support to our creative team as needed.

What It Takes:

Education & Experience: A tertiary qualification in Marketing & Digital or a related field, plus proven experience in digital marketing, including CMS programs, email, social media, and advertising campaigns.

Industry Experience: Experience in a similar industry is advantageous, but don’t worry if you don’t have direct experience in furniture or design. We’re more interested in hiring for attitude, motivation, and skill set. We can teach you the rest!

Photography & Videography: Experience in photography and videography is highly sought after. While not essential, the ability to capture and edit visual content — whether it’s product imagery, social media reels, or short-form video — will be a valuable asset in this creative role.

Passion & Creativity: A collaborative team player with a passion for design, interiors, art, photography, and more. We’re looking for someone who wants to own their space and bring their ideas to life.

Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills with an eye for detail and the ability to juggle multiple projects.

Tech Savvy: Experience with CMS platforms (or similar platforms) is necessary. Experience in BigCommerce, StoryBlok, Adobe Suite, and Photoshop is a bonus!

Positive Attitude: A proactive approach with a desire for career progression and the ability to think outside the box.

Why You’ll Love It Here:

Growth Opportunities: A chance to grow with us and make a significant impact within our expanding team. You’ll own the digital and marketing aspects of the business and have creative freedom to expand our marketing and web capabilities. If you’re a leader, there’s plenty of opportunity for career progression in our growing team.

Reward: Our philosophy is to look after and reward our team members for their great ideas. If you own your space, bring new ideas to improve our business and execute on them, we believe in recognizing hard work.

Supportive Environment: A supportive and welcoming team that values honesty, authenticity, and collaboration. We offer many opportunities for inter-team and external up-skilling, including support for courses or training that will help us grow mutually.

Autonomous Work: We believe in giving our team the freedom to think creatively and implement new systems and ideas without restrictions. We don’t micro-manage your workday, every day will be a new and exciting challenge.

Fun Team Events: Enjoy regular team events & socializing like golf days, go-karting, design and furniture industry events, lunches, dinners, and drinks.

Great Perks: Generous furniture discounts for family and friends on any of our products.

If you are looking for an opportunity for a genuine career with a young and collaborative team, we’d love to receive your application.

Residency Note: To be eligible to apply for this role, you must be an Australian or NZ citizen or have an appropriate visa to live and work in Australia. Further information can be obtained from the Australian Department of Immigration.
