Position Overview

The Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for executing and coordinating all marketing activities across digital and offline channels. Working directly with the founders, this role offers mentorship, creative freedom, and the opportunity to grow into a leadership position. We're after someone proactive, hands-on, and ready to shape their own path within a fast-growing company.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Coordination:

Plan, coordinate, and execute marketing initiatives across digital platforms, events, and offline channels.

Work closely with founders to break down big-picture strategies into actionable marketing plans that deliver.

Event Management:

Organise and run marketing events, including logistics, promotional materials, communication, and follow-up.

Make sure events run smoothly and drive engagement and lead generation.

Content Creation & Collateral Development:

Create effective graphics and visuals using Canva for marketing materials, presentations, social media posts, and email campaigns.

Keep branding consistent and on point across all channels.

Use AI tools to streamline content creation, boost creativity, and enhance productivity.

Project Management:

Manage timelines, track progress, and deliver projects on time—every time.

Implement creative, cost-effective marketing solutions that drive growth.

Reporting & Improvement:

Monitor campaign performance, gather insights, and suggest improvements.

Stay on top of marketing trends and find innovative ways to make an impact.

Requirements

3+ years of marketing experience (agency or in-house) preferred, but drive and willingness to learn matter most.

Proficiency in Canva or other design software for creating effective visuals and marketing collateral.

Familiarity with social media platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram) and content creation.

Experience using AI tools to enhance content creation, analytics, or marketing processes.

Organised and proactive—you know how to prioritise, manage multiple projects, and get things done.

Strong communication skills—both written and verbal.

Desire to grow into a leadership role and own your marketing initiatives.

Bonus: Experience in event management or marketing coordination.
