This is an opportunity to work on refurbishment & remediation project with head contractor. You will be delivering $3m - $15 million projects.

• Head Contractor Long term pipeline of projects
• Location: Eastern Suburbs, Sydney
• Salary range: $150,000 - $180,000 negotiable dependent on experience and value you can bring.

What you will be doing?
You’ll be leading high end refurbishment & remediation builds in the commercial, hospitality, retail sectors between $3m - $15m overseeing multiple bespoke projects. You will be taking builds form to demotion, structure to finish with lead on construction program, driving site standards of staff and subcontractors, encouraging a collaborative team environment leading to successful delivery of timelines & budgets.

What are we looking for?
We are looking for a Site Manager that has demonstrated experience in delivering commercial construction or refurbishment projects. Exposure to projects $1m - $15million would help with being successful in this role. Strong ability to adapt and overcome challenges, and communication clearly with stakeholders.
