What You’ll Be Doing:

Assisting in the smooth day-to-day management of residential properties

Coordinating maintenance requests and following up with contractors

Communicating with tenants and landlords professionally and efficiently

Supporting lease preparation, renewals, and inspections

Maintaining property records and systems

Helping out with rent collection and basic admin

What We’re Looking For:

Someone with great organisational skills and a proactive mindset

Excellent communication — both written and verbal

Experience in property management or real estate admin is a plus, but not essential

A genuine interest in building a career in property management
