About You:

• Confident, proactive, and customer-focused
• Experienced in real estate, with the ability to work independently

Your Role Includes:

• Preparing properties for lease (online listing, inspection times etc.)
• Coordinate & Conduct viewings and open homes
• Processing/approving tenant applications
• Lease signings/renewals
• Conduct ingoing, outgoing, and routine inspections/reports
• Assist the Senior Property Manager with rent & invoice arrears management
• Assist the Senior Property Manager with repairs & maintenance management
  

What You’ll Need:

• A current Real Estate Certificate of Registration or Licence
• Previous experience in property management, min 1 -2 years (preferred)
• A valid driver's license
