Assistant Property Manager

Based in a beautiful part of Melbourne's Inner CBD (Hawthorn Area) our client is seeking an Assistant Property Manager.

They are looking to expand their busy and very professional team with a role in property management. As Assistant Property Manager, this role will support a Senior Property Manager, working within a large property management department, comprising Property Managers, BDM's, Assistant Property Managers and Leasing Consultants. The company uses Property Me and full training on this will be provided.

The ideal candidate will be local to the area and have a good understanding of the market, ideally coming from 6 to 12 months real estate experience. The role will work 1 in 4 Saturday mornings, taking the hours worked off the following week.

The opportunity to step up and move into a property management role will be made available to the successful candidate as well.

This role would be ideal for those working on reception, leasing or assistant property management within real estate, but ready and keen to make a move to a long term opportunity with genuine career growth.
