$80,000 + Super (Based on Experience)

Our client is an employer of choice, and leading distributer of prestige access equipment that operates on a national scale. As a result of ongoing and sustained growth, they are currently seeking a Service Coordinator to assist their growing team.

What will this position see you doing?
This position would see you working within our clients Heavy Truck Department, responsible for:

• Providing technical and logistic instructions and management to the technicians, customers and coordinators.
• Planning and implementing predictive and preventative maintenance practices.
• Providing structured on the job training for technicians
• Handling customer service enquiries via phone and email.
• Manage Warranty jobs and all aspects of technical involvement for claims.

How can I be successful?

• Previous experience planning practices, ideally within mechanics or construction.
• Excellent communication skills with a strong work ethic.
• Ability to pass a full medical and drug and alcohol test.
• Full-time working rights and available for an ongoing position.
