Are you an organized and proactive professional with a passion for delivering exceptional service?

Our client is seeking an HVAC Service Coordinator to manage and support a team of five skilled technicians.

The Role

As their HVAC Service Coordinator, you’ll be the vital link between our client's technicians, customers, and management. You’ll oversee the daily scheduling, dispatch, and coordination of service calls, ensuring smooth operations and excellent customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Schedule and dispatch service technicians for maintenance and repair jobs.
  • Manage and prioritize work orders to meet client needs and technician availability.
  • Communicate effectively with customers to confirm appointments and provide updates.
  • Use Uptick software to manage workflows, monitor progress, and maintain accurate records.
  • Collaborate with technicians to ensure they have the tools and information needed for each job.
  • Address any customer concerns or escalations promptly and professionally.
  • Monitor technician performance and assist in ensuring jobs are completed efficiently.

About You

  • Previous experience in an HVAC or service coordination role is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in Uptick software is a major advantage.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • A proactive problem-solver with a focus on customer satisfaction.
