This is an exciting opportunity for a Service Coordinator to join a fun, stable, and supportive team in Hallam in a role offering variety, where no 2 days are the same.

You'll play a key role in coordinating / scheduling technicians across Australia and delivering exceptional service to customers.

$75K - $85K + Super

Monday to Friday, 7:30am – 3:30pm

About the Role:

Schedule service technicians for preventative maintenance & breakdown support

Manage inbound calls & log service jobs

Provide regular updates to customers & technicians

Prepare quotes & invoices

Maintain accurate records in the service system

Assist with dispatch & stock coordination

Provide general admin support

What You’ll Need:

Previous experience in service coordination, scheduling or rostering

Excellent communication skills both written & verbal

Strong customer focus with problem-solving ability

Confident phone manner & great attention to detail

Team player with a proactive, can-do attitude

Mechanical aptitude or interest in machinery a bonus
