Are you an experienced Service Coordinator/Scheduler looking for a unique opportunity? Within this role, you will step straight into a key role within their Dynamics 365 Project team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Service Coordinator or Scheduler who enjoys more than just scheduling – someone who takes pride in improving systems, building strong client relationships and playing a central role in day-to-day operations.
This role is highly suited to someone with an investigative mindset who is keen to play a key role in the roll out of a new operating system. You will have the opportunity to teach and lead the Service Department moving forward in the usage of Dynamics 365!
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Gain an indepth knowledge of scheduling, breakdowns, preventative maintenance plus processes and reporting requirements for the Service Department
- Be part of the Project Team involved in implementation of Dynamics 365 - ensure a smooth transition to the new system including training of other staff
- Liaising with customers and Service Technicians to schedule/organise the jobs
- Follow up and ensure jobs have been completed for the customer
- Maintain accurate client's cards, assets and equipment
- Generate purchase orders
- Assist with invoicing, reports and documentation
- Maintain company registers, asset lists and regular stock takes
- Be the go to for Technicians out in the field to ensure they have everything they need to successfully complete their job
- Ad hoc administrative and organisational tasks
The ideal candidate will have:
- Proven experience within service coordination/scheduling (experience in HVAC or refrigeration industry highly regarded)
- Any exposure to systems implementation beneficial but not essential
- Desire to get involved in the project and implementation of Dynamics 365
- High level attention to detail
- Accurate data entry and strong MSOffice skills
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with staff throughout the business as well as clients
