Business Analyst – North East Perth
Full-Time $110,000-$120,000

I am recruiting for a Business Analyst with a technical and analytical mindset to work for my client on a permanent basis in North East Perth. About the Role As a Business Analyst, you'll play a critical role in helping our organisation make data-driven decisions. You’ll work closely with stakeholders across departments to identify business needs, interpret data trends, and deliver clear, concise reports and dashboards — primarily using Power BI.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather and analyse business requirements from stakeholders.
  
  
• Translate complex data into compelling dashboards and reports using Power BI.
  
  
• Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for process improvements.
  
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategic initiatives.
  
  

Experience Required:

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst, at least 3 years.
  
  
• Strong experience with Power BI, including dashboard development and data modelling.
  
  
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  
  
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  
  
• Familiarity with SQL, Excel, and other analytical tools is a plus.
