About the role

Prestige Residential is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Property Manager to join our dynamic team in Sippy Downs/Buderim, Queensland. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for the strategic oversight and day-to-day management of a portfolio of residential properties all in the one street. Leveraging your expertise in the residential leasing and property management industry, you will ensure the properties under your care are expertly maintained and tenanted.

What you'll be doing

Manage a portfolio of high-value residential properties, including liaising with landlords, tenants and service providers

Oversee all aspects of property management, such as rental appraisals, marketing, tenant selection, lease negotiations, property inspections, and maintenance coordination

Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, industry best practices, and company policies

Proactively identify opportunities to maximise rental returns and property values for landlords

Provide exceptional customer service to both landlords and tenants

Mentor and provide guidance to more junior members of the property management team

Contribute to the continuous improvement of the company's property management processes and procedures

What we're looking for

Extensive experience (3+ years) as a Senior Property Manager or similar role in the residential leasing and property management industry

Excellent knowledge of the Residential Tenancies Act and other relevant legislation

Proven track record of successfully managing a portfolio of residential properties

Exceptional customer service and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and stakeholders

Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise and juggle multiple tasks

Proficient in using property management software (Property Me) and relevant technology

Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills

Relevant tertiary qualifications in property management or a related field

Communication strategy to build community and drive letting opportunities.
