ABOUT THE ROLE:
Our client are looking for a proactive Property Manager to assist property owners in effectively managing their properties. In this role, you will coordinate maintenance tasks, handle property entries and exits, and ensure seamless property management operations.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Support property owners in the smooth management of their properties
• Coordinate and supervise maintenance activities
• Manage property entries, exits, and related processes
• Provide exceptional service to both owners and tenants
• Ensure adherence to all relevant laws and company procedures

BENEFITS:

• Up to $85k plus super (based on experience and portfolio size)
• You will begin with a small portfolio and support other Property Managers as your portfolio grows, continuing until it reaches a size where you no longer need to provide assistance to others.

ABOUT YOU:

• QLD Real Estate License or certificate
• A valid Driver’s License
• Positive attitude with a passion for learning
• Strong communication and organisational skills
