We are currently seeking an experienced Onsite Property Manager / Building Manager to manage two townhouse complexes in Wellington Point.

The role will involve managing a whole complex as well as 50 properties in the rental pool.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the overall operations of the two townhouse complexes
• Oversee the Property Management and conduct Building Management duties
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building standards
• Maintain relationships with contractors and suppliers for building maintenance
• Coordinate general upkeep and maintenance as required
• Ensure smooth operation of the property, with minimal disruptions
• Monitor and report on property performance

About You:

• Previous experience in property management or building management is preferred
• Ideally, you will be able to live onsite, or reside nearby for ease of access
• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and handle any issues that arise
• Previous experience with townhouses or similar properties would be an advantage
