This full time role will join a team of 7 in Property Management and report to the Head of Property Management, who provides a great team environment and a fun and friendly office.

The position will oversee a portfolio of 160 properties - all based in Melbourne's CBD with the portfolio being predominantly apartments. The portfolio itself has been very well looked after and provides a very clean portfolio with a good handover.

As the properties are mostly walking distance, a car is not required, however a company car is available should you need it throughout the day.

To be successful in this role, fluency in Mandarin is essential as the majority of tenants speak Mandarin.

The office is a beautiful corporate one and the team provides a great environment to work in, with the most up to date procedures and policies in property management.

The software used is Property Me and the role is offered Monday to Friday - very rarely would a Saturday be required and if it ever was, time in lieu would be provided.

The successful candidate will come from a Property Management background or an Assistant Property Manager ready to step into their own portfolio.
