The Role:

We are seeking an experienced Property Manager. This role requires a hands-on approach to both managing properties and working with the BDM to ambitiously assist in expanding the portfolio of rental properties.

You’ll have autonomy over the portfolio, with the expectation to not only maintain current properties but also proactively grow the portfolio. Key Responsibilities:

Manage an existing rent roll of 70 residential properties, end to end

Provide exceptional service to landlords and tenants alike, ensuring all property management tasks are carried out efficiently and professionally

Autonomy to manage your portfolio, with further support to be introduced as the portfolio expands

About You:

Minimum of 12 months experience in property management

A strong work ethic, with the ability to work autonomously and take initiative

Operate with honesty and integrity, ensuring that all dealings with clients & colleagues are transparent and professional

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with landlords and tenants

Energetic and motivated, with a passion for delivering outstanding service to clients
