The role

Global Advanced Metals is seeking an experienced Shipping Administrator to join our team at our Greenbushes site in Western Australia. This is a full-time role.

What you'll be doing

Prepare and manage shipping documentation, including export declarations, bills of lading and other documentation as required.

Invoicing at various stages of shipping process

Monitor shipment schedules and provide updates to relevant stakeholders.

Ensure all export documentation complies with regulatory requirements and company policies.

Maintain accurate records and filing systems for audit and compliance purposes.

Assist in resolving any shipping or documentation discrepancies.

General administrative duties to support the Shipping Product Handling team.

What we're looking for

You have experience in shipping, export logistics, or documentation (preferred).

You have strong attention to detail and accuracy.

You have excellent organisational and time management skills.

You can communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

You are proficient in Microsoft Office and have experience with logistics systems (advantageous).
